The Story House is part of a communal living complex housing youth in transition situated on a site between the Grand House student residence and the Bridges shelter. Along with accommodations for two, the building features a small-scale printing press studio publishing the overlooked and undervalued stories of those living in the home and neighbouring community. Located on a sloping wooded property steps from downtown Cambridge, the studio acts as a retreat reconnecting occupants with the natural landscape through a terraced workspace, curated views, and locally sourced materials. The Story House builds relationships within the structure and within the community.
